What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name, team size and message you provide, along with the date of submission and the IP address the request came from. Nothing else is collected from the form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange the audit call and keep a record of the conversation. If you become a client, the same details are used to administer the engagement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for three years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share contact information with third parties. Enquiry data is stored on the server hosting this website and is accessible only to authorised HRUplift staff.
Client confidentiality
Information shared during an engagement — salary data, employee records, policy documents and commercial information — is covered by a confidentiality agreement signed before work begins. Client names appear in our marketing only with written permission.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a session cookie required for the enquiry form to work securely. If website analytics are enabled, aggregated visit data may be processed by the analytics provider configured by HRUplift. No advertising cookies are set by us.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hrupliftpartner@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
